Buying a lift for your home can be daunting and a big decision for you and your family to make. Initially, your Project may seem like a lot of work, but our “step-by-step” guide will make the process easy to understand plus we are only a call away to assist further or to book a home visit to discuss your requirements in detail. STEP 1 PREPARATION
We first need to fully understand how you want your Lift to fit into your lifestyle and home. This is an essential first step in the pursuit of the perfect home lift solution for your home and should not be rushed or underestimated. We have created a preparation checklist below for you to consider.
PREPARATION CHECKLIST, The key to success!
Please copy the list of questions below and send these to us to let us get starting and to understand the basics of your home lift requirements.
The number of floors you want to serve?
Load capacity. 300Kg = 3 persons, for example?
Will the Lift used by a wheelchair user?
Is the lift location internal or external?
What space is available for the Lift (width mm x depth mm)?
Top floor ceiling height?

STEP 2 FREE HOME VISIT
Booking a free lift consultation in your home is quick and easy, no strings attached. Our team will advise you on the best choice of lift model and configuration for your home, budget and requirements.

STEP 3 DESIGN YOUR LIFT
Your Home Lift should be adapted to your Project, not the other way around. Our extensive range of Lifestyle home lift design options enables you to style the Lift to fit within your Project not just aesthetically but to ensure your Lift is 100% usable for its intended use. We allow you to create a unique & bespoke lift design that perfectly matches the aesthetics in your homeProject

STEP 4 THE QUOTATION FOR YOUR HOME LIFT
We will provide you with a detailed quotation and lift drawings. The quote contains the initial specification and price of your Lift. You get the final lift price once we have agreed on a final lift specification.
WHAT IS THE PRICE OF A HOME LIFT?
The price of your home lift often depends on your choice of lift model you chose from the Lifestyle range of lifts, lift specification and the number of floors the Lift will serve and lift finishes.

STEP 5 ORDERING YOUR HOME LIFT
We will assist you with the planning permission process working with your Local Authority and Buildings Control Officer. You can also speak to us with regards to a Turn-Key home lift solution where we Project Manage the full process from beginning to end. All you will be required to do is approve the final lift specification and drawings for the lift manufacturing process to begin.

CHECK YOUR ORDER
Your Vivid Lifts Salesperson/Project Manager will assist you with checking your lift order. You need to be sure that you are satisfied with the specification. Once manufacturing starts, any changes to the lift specification will increase the lift price and delay delivery.

STEP 6 DELIVERY TIME
Manufacturing time is generally about 5-7 weeks, depending on specification. Your Lift will be delivered to your doorstep direct from the factory. In all cases, we will ensure a member of Vivid Lifts are available to meet and offload your Lift on its arrival. Please contact your Vivid Lifts Sales Project Manager for more information.

STEP 7 INSTALLING YOUR HOME LIFT
Your Vivid Lifts Sales Project Manager will assist you in making sure that the necessary building preparations are ready before installation. All Vivid Lifts personnel are trained and experienced to deliver lift installations of the highest quality.

FAST AND EASY INSTALLATION
In most cases, your Vivid home lift will be installed in 2-4 days. Possible thanks to our unique, ready-made lift concept.

MINIMAL DISRUPTION OF YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE
Installing a home lift will not transform your home into a dusty and noisy construction site for weeks on end. Our instant lift concept brings structural adaptation and building work down to a minimum.

CE SAFETY CHECK
Once your home lift is installed, your Vivid Lifts Sales Project Manager will perform a safety check of your Lift to make sure that it is working correctly and is safe for you and your family to use. A safety checklist is sent to the Manufacturers factory, and a CE Certificate of Conformity is issued. All lifts are weight tested and commissioned by fully trained factory-trained engineers, and your area sales manager will give operational training.

STEP 8 READY TO USE

Vivid home lifts come with a peace of mind two year manufactures warranty, and should be regular service/maintenance checks at least once a year to ensure your home lift runs and operates at its optimal performance ensure low running cost and preventive repairs.
