For the past 25 years, most lift manufactures have designed new lifts that are less modular than before. This means that today’s new lifts are less suited to be modernised than in the past. With this thought in mind, it is therefore apparent that this will impact the environment and for environmental reasons, it is now time to take responsibility, and we must switch back to start installing lifts that can be modernised in the future when the time is right to do so. This would mean that all new lifts can be modernised module by module.

Once the Works are finished, the lift will be just like a new and will last at least as long as a brand new Lift and running costs are not higher.
